Lead Plaintiff’s attorney for CSRA Help, Inc. in civil action against Augusta-Richmond County Commissioner over illegal use of abstentions to paralyze government. Donated 200 hours of professional time and thousands of dollars to prosecute this case. Mr. Neal took this case to the Georgia Supreme Court in an effort to make the Augusta government a more functional government that better serves the taxpayers of the City.
